Delete your data

You can delete your Rido Poster account and everything in it at any time:

• Sign in at poster.rido.asia.
• Open Plans in the menu, scroll to the bottom and click Delete my account.
• This removes your groups, posts, uploaded photos and videos, extension key and Facebook tokens straight away.

To also remove Rido Poster's access on Facebook: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations) → Rido Social Scheduler → Remove.

If you can't sign in, email rido.enterprise@gmail.com from the address on your Facebook account and we'll delete it within 7 days.
